This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases, licenses, or services made through our website or sales representatives.

 
2. Software Licenses and Digital Products
Due to the nature of our products — including software downloads, activation keys, and digital licenses — all sales are generally considered final once the license key or access credentials have been delivered.

However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

The product was purchased more than once accidentally (duplicate order).
A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing or activating the software.
The product was not delivered as described due to an error on our part.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Customer errors such as purchasing the wrong version or product.
Change of mind after successful activation.
Incompatibility with systems that do not meet the listed requirements.
 
3. Enterprise Service Contracts
For enterprise clients with service or support agreements, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the specific contract signed between the parties.
Any prepaid or subscription-based services may be subject to pro-rated refunds only if service delivery has not yet commenced.
